🌀 Superloopy

Loop engineering for Codex, Claude Code, and Google Antigravity. Type loopy <task> — an agent does the work, proves each piece with real evidence, and only then says it's done.

English · 한국어 · 中文(简体) · 日本語 · Español

franky zoro usopp jinbe robin nami

the crew — optional subagents, one job each

Use it

After installing, type your task in Codex, Claude Code, or Antigravity with a leading loopy:

loopy add the payments module

The agent plans it, proves each piece with a real file, and reports back — you don't run any commands yourself. The packaged Stop hook stays quiet unless SUPERLOOPY_STOP_HOOK=on. Set SUPERLOOPY_CALQUE_NUDGE=on to get an advisory note at your next prompt when the previous Korean reply carried an English calque such as 조용히 실패 or 우아하게 종료.

Why Superloopy?

Superloopy is for Codex, Claude Code, and Antigravity work where "done" needs to mean more than a confident status sentence.

  • Evidence-first: every pass points at a real artifact under .superloopy/evidence/.
  • Lightweight by default: one small CLI, repo-local state, zero runtime dependencies.
  • Agent-friendly: skills, hooks, and optional crew lanes guide the agent without hiding the final gate.

Guarantee scope. Command-backed criteria are the strong guarantee: at completion Superloopy re-runs each command in-process and requires it to reproduce, so a stale or fabricated pass cannot reach "done". Manual (commandless) criteria are verified as a non-empty evidence artifact plus auditor/human judgment — their correctness rests on review, not the deterministic re-run.

Skills

Superloopy keeps the command layer small. Skills carry the specialist workflow: when to use it, what the agent should inspect, and what proof must be left under .superloopy/evidence/.

SkillUse it whenWhat it produces
superloopy-loopYou type loopy <task> or loopy team <task> for a full loop; use loopywork, lpy, or $lpy for guidance-only context.Full loops produce direct, concise, complete progress and final responses alongside a lightweight plan, proof, quality gate, and final evidence report. Exact English/Korean controls affect only the current incomplete loop; new loops reset enabled. Guidance aliases do not mutate state.
superloopy-doctorYou diagnose install, wrapper, plugin cache, hook/bootstrap, agent, Codex/Claude Code host wiring, or stale-version problems.A read-only health report with wrapper/cache/version evidence, failing checks, and the exact repair command to run only if approved.
superloopy-researchYou explicitly invoke Codex $superloopy:superloopy-research or Claude Code /superloopy:superloopy-research, or start the research task with a leading loopy/루피 (such as loopy research). Plain research, investigate, or summarize requests do not activate it.Research axes, expansion waves, a verdict on every retrieval, graded and dated sources, a priced claim ledger, verification notes, and a cited synthesis artifact.
superloopy-cloneYou ask for loopy clone, authorized website cloning, rebuilding, migration, or pixel-focused page recovery.Browser captures, page topology, design tokens, asset inventory, implementation notes, build output, and visual QA evidence.
superloopy-frontendYou explicitly invoke Codex $superloopy:superloopy-frontend or Claude Code /superloopy:superloopy-frontend for supported screen-based application UI across browser-hosted Web (public, authenticated, private/internal, installed PWA, or extension), interactive deployed content-led Web (campaign, publication, or landing experiences with a user journey), desktop, mobile/tablet, embedded/hybrid clients, custom-rendered UI, Qt, or mixed targets, or start that work with a leading loopy/루피. Plain UI, platform, or framework terms do not activate it; TV, wearable, XR, automotive, game UI, TUI, static media/document artifacts, and non-UI work stay excluded. One shared UX contract plus platform/composition routes. Evidence is proportional to changed claims and independently covers each browser, native target/shell, renderer, and mixed target. Standalone runs retain run-scoped receipts; active loops bind them to the goal and criterion.
humanize-koreanUse when Korean users ask to remove AI tone, fix 번역투, or make Korean text sound human without changing facts.Owns Korean naturalness, including semantic review of misplaced modifiers and the P-family calque rules (조용히 실패, 우아하게 종료, 단일 진실 공급원). It writes final.md, summary.md, and audit.json; in Superloopy loops it records evidence under .superloopy/evidence/humanize-korean/.
i-have-adhdYou explicitly invoke Codex $superloopy:i-have-adhd or Claude Code /superloopy:i-have-adhd, or a leading loopy/루피 brief directly asks for ADHD-friendly, action-first, one-step, or easy-to-scan output. Writing style alone never activates it.Shapes progress updates so the next action stays visible. It does not create a Superloopy evidence artifact or weaken planning, safety, validation, or completion gates.
say-it-straightExplicit Codex $superloopy:say-it-straight or Claude /superloopy:say-it-straight for direct, concise, natural prose and supplied task artifacts; never activates from writing style alone. Full Loopy progress/final output is direct by default, with exact English/Korean controls limited to the current incomplete loop.Explicit artifact editing preserves facts, register, protected text, and required detail; file-backed edits use the audit. ADHD owns structure and Korean rewriting remains with humanize-korean.
superloopy-slidesYou ask for slides, a presentation, a deck, or a PPT/PPTX-to-web conversion.A zero-dependency single-file HTML deck on a fixed 16:9 stage, three style previews to pick from, and a rendered-screenshot visual-QA artifact under .superloopy/evidence/slides/.

Automatic reassurance-copy gate. Every full Loopy start or resume carries this conditional gate. It activates only when an affected artifact creates or changes user-visible Korean product-behavior copy, then adds RC-1 through RC-4 and humanize-korean naturalness review to the plan criterion. Internal logs and diagnostics, developer documentation and comments, test narration, quotations, general or marketing prose, and non-Korean copy are excluded. The gate uses supplied behavior and records a blocker or question when facts are missing instead of inventing an outcome; it has no standalone skill or invocation name.

The loop skill is the default guardrail. A complete leading loopy token starts or resumes the evidence loop; loopy team escalates to crew mode. Leading loopywork, lpy, and $lpy tokens only inject starter guidance. Structured SUPERLOOPY_STEER directives can adjust an active loop. Full-loop direct output never silently rewrites supplied prose or task artifacts: direct editing remains explicit-only. The prompt hook does not infer frontend or Korean-writing modes from ordinary text; invoke specialist skills explicitly or let an already-active loop route a real specialist subtask.

Clone Demo

Transferloom.com clone reference

superloopy-clone reproduced Transferloom.com locally and passed desktop/mobile browser validation. The reference run preserved the sticky nav, animated hero, app preview sections, comparison table, security panel, sister app banner, footer, local assets, and Superloopy evidence trail.

Slides Demo

Fileloom intro deck built with superloopy-slides

superloopy-slides generated this live multilingual deck → — a zero-dependency single-file HTML presentation on a fixed 16:9 stage in English · 한국어 · 中文 · 日本語 · Español. It passed real-browser visual-QA (standalone, phone letterbox, and iframe embed) recorded under .superloopy/evidence/slides/.

Writing Comparison Demo

Writing comparison app showing an original document next to its Say It Straight rewrite

The live writing-comparison viewer → puts one source document next to its humanize-korean (A), i-have-adhd (B), and say-it-straight (C) rewrites across fourteen Korean and English samples, plus eight benchmark fixtures with each skill's measured output and a benchmark page with the cost and latency numbers. Every Say It Straight edit carries a rationale note, and any comparison is shareable by URL.

Qt Kanban Demo

The Northstar Qt Kanban demo is a runnable Qt Quick prototype acceptance fixture built through the superloopy-frontend Qt route, not production-editor proof. Board, search, filters, cards, drawers, and task creation are exercised; Timeline and Inbox are visibly passive demo-only context, Settings and Help are absent, and persistence and Undo remain out of scope. With Qt 6.11.1, CMake, and Ninja available, configure, build, and launch it from the repository root:

qt-cmake -S examples/qt-kanban -B build/qt-kanban -G Ninja -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
cmake --build build/qt-kanban --parallel
build/qt-kanban/src/app/qtkanban --window-size 1600x1000

# macOS: verify the exported native accessibility contract
examples/qt-kanban/scripts/audit-macos-accessibility.sh \
  build/qt-kanban/src/app/qtkanban

The crew

For bigger work, Superloopy ships six optional subagents — each owns one lane. Claude Code uses the plugin-bundled agents/*.md. On Codex, bootstrap, superloopy install, and superloopy agents install materialize personal TOMLs under $CODEX_HOME/agents; model routing is resolved during that installation step.

Codex calls the stable model/list method only when resolution state is missing, the policy version or target changed, the cache is at least 24 hours old, or --refresh-models is supplied. When fresh state still matches the managed files, it reuses the exact manifest without a query or state rewrite. Profiles select the first supported complete model/effort/tier tuple: gpt-5.6-terra / high / priority for standard, gpt-5.6-sol / xhigh / priority for deep, and gpt-5.6-luna / low / fast for fast. If a preferred model is unavailable, that profile uses its explicit gpt-5.5 compatibility tuple. gpt-6-astra is allowed for the orchestrator (your own Codex session) when you select it in Codex; crew lanes keep their pins and never inherit the orchestrator's model. An unknown first probe conservatively selects policy compatibility; an unknown refresh preserves a valid existing resolution. --compat makes the compatibility choice deterministically without querying.

Upgrades from pre-managed Superloopy releases are hash-bound: a complete exact legacy fleet is adopted and upgraded without --force, while one edit, symlink, missing file, or unknown hash keeps the whole fleet in conflict. Changed agent definitions require a Codex restart; an unchanged fresh manifest does not. superloopy doctor --refresh-models can report preferred availability before managed state exists, detects a wrapper/plugin split-brain, and never rewrites resolution state or agent files.

Resolution finishes before launch, with no post-launch retry or model switch. The TOML pins configure routing, but a host that does not expose agent_type plus resolved-model attestation remains model_unverified; Superloopy never presents that as a proven GPT-5.6 runtime gate. The policy details are in docs/superloopy-model-policy.md (Codex) and docs/superloopy-model-policy-claude.md (Claude Code).

Installed-plugin truth. installedPluginTruth runs the read-only codex plugin list --json authority probe. A confirmed superloopy@beefiker version mismatch is informational in source scope, but fails installed scope. Missing Codex, no registered plugin, and invalid authority output stay informational and do not fail doctor. Never infer the installed version from cache directory names or repair without approval.

Summon the crew with loopy team <task> — or loopy crew, the one-word loopycrew, or just ultrawork <task>. Superloopy fans the work out across the lanes in parallel and still proves every piece before it calls it done. A plain loopy <task> stays solo and only delegates when the slices are clearly independent.

For full crew runs, the parent records each lane with superloopy loop handoff, checks superloopy loop fleet --json, and keeps the human final gate report separate from the machine gate JSON. A gate report can be Markdown evidence; superloopy loop finish --artifact is for .json quality gate output.

When a tracked crew handoff finishes, Superloopy can print one original crew line before the normal handoff or fleet status. It follows the user's language from the assignment or scoped brief when it matches the supported catalog, with English as the safe fallback. The line is personality only; the verdict, evidence artifact, outstanding list, and attention list stay authoritative.

Works with Superpowers

Superloopy sits well next to the Superpowers plugin. They handle different halves of the same job, so you don't have to choose one.

  • Superpowers runs the front of the loop: brainstorming, planning, and its TDD and code-review methodology.
  • Superloopy runs the finish: command-backed criteria that re-run at completion, so "done" is proven, not just claimed.

When Superpowers is installed (on Codex or Claude Code), Superloopy notices and steers its own guidance to match. It leaves design, planning, and TDD to Superpowers and keeps itself as the outer evidence gate. Detection is best-effort and only shapes advice; it never weakens a gate. Set SUPERLOOPY_SUPERPOWERS=off to opt out or on to force it, and run superloopy doctor to see what was found. More in docs/superloopy-interop-superpowers.md.

Q&A

  • Do I need both? No. Superloopy works on its own. If Superpowers is there too, the two coordinate instead of overlapping.
  • Which stage does each own? Superpowers owns brainstorm, plan, and build. Superloopy owns the proof at the end. Keep one driver per task: don't run loopy team and the Superpowers subagent flow on the same slices at once.
  • Who decides a task is done? Superloopy. Its check re-runs the real command at the end and blocks a false pass.
  • How is Superpowers detected? By looking in your Codex and Claude Code plugin folders. You can always override with SUPERLOOPY_SUPERPOWERS=on|off.

Install

Superloopy installs on both Codex and Claude Code from one repo. The core (loop state, evidence gates, doctor) is host-agnostic; each host gets its own thin plugin manifest, hook wiring, and agent format.

For agent-driven installs such as install https://github.com/beefiker/superloopy, use installation.md. It is written as a host-selection and verification checklist for Codex and Claude Code agents.

Codex

Needs Node.js ≥ 22 and Codex CLI ≥ 0.131.0 for codex plugin add. Superloopy is dependency-free — zero runtime dependencies, just Node.

codex plugin marketplace add https://github.com/beefiker/superloopy
codex plugin add superloopy@beefiker

Restart Codex after installing the plugin. If Codex asks you to review hooks, approve them; the next approved session runs a SessionStart hook that does a one-time bootstrap — it installs the superloopy command and the agents. If superloopy isn't found, its folder isn't on your PATH; the bootstrap prints the exact line to add. Check everything with superloopy doctor.

Installing from a checkout instead? Run node src/cli.js install --json.

Claude Code

Needs Node.js ≥ 22. From the same repo:

/plugin marketplace add beefiker/superloopy
/plugin install superloopy@beefiker

Reload plugins (or restart Claude Code) and approve the hooks when prompted. On Claude Code the skills, subagents (agents/*.md), and hooks (hooks/hooks.json) are plugin-bundled — there is no ~/.codex install step and no superloopy wrapper; the hooks invoke the CLI directly via ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}, and SessionStart is a clean no-op (nothing to bootstrap). For local development, point Claude Code at a checkout with claude --plugin-dir <checkout>. Verify with node "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/src/cli.js" doctor --json. The subagents' advisory model defaults for Claude are documented in docs/superloopy-model-policy-claude.md.

Update

Codex

If you installed from the Codex marketplace, refresh the marketplace snapshot:

codex plugin marketplace upgrade beefiker

Superloopy checks for updates on SessionStart. Marketplace installs are Codex-managed, so Superloopy never starts an npx self-update for them; when a newer version is detected, it tells you to run the marketplace upgrade and re-approve modified hooks.

Restart Codex after the upgrade. If hooks show up as Modified, approve them; the following approved SessionStart automatically reconciles the generated wrapper, all six agents, and model-routing state from the new plugin version. No Superloopy migration command is required. If definitions changed, follow only the Codex restart notice so the host reloads them.

If a confirmed installedPluginTruth version mismatch still looks stale or degraded after that, approve a repair reinstall from the refreshed marketplace:

codex plugin add superloopy@beefiker --json

Then start a new Codex session.

If you installed from a checkout, update the checkout and rerun the installer:

git pull --ff-only
node src/cli.js install --json
superloopy doctor

Checkout installs are not npx-managed. npx self-update is reserved for a future installer that writes a superloopy-install.json snapshot into a stable install root.

Claude Code

Refresh the marketplace, update the installed plugin, then reload — no restart needed:

/plugin marketplace update beefiker
/plugin update superloopy@beefiker
/reload-plugins

/plugin update resolves the new version from the refreshed marketplace, and /reload-plugins applies it in the current session (no Claude Code restart, and hooks do not need re-approval). Verify with node "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/src/cli.js" doctor --json. If you loaded a checkout with --plugin-dir, just git pull --ff-only and run /reload-plugins.

Google Antigravity

Pull the latest version in the plugin directory and validate:

git -C ~/.gemini/config/plugins/superloopy pull --ff-only
agy plugin validate ~/.gemini/config/plugins/superloopy

Troubleshooting

If plugin install or upgrade commands fail, update the Codex CLI first. codex plugin add is available in Codex CLI 0.131.0 and newer; older builds can have trouble with current plugin marketplace commands and hook approval flows.

After updating the CLI, restart Codex, run the marketplace install or upgrade command again, approve any Modified hooks, then check with superloopy doctor.

On Claude Code, if /plugin commands fail or the plugin looks stale, run /reload-plugins (or restart Claude Code) and verify with node "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/src/cli.js" doctor --json.

Uninstall

Codex

Remove the installed plugin from Codex:

codex plugin remove superloopy@beefiker

If you no longer need the marketplace source, remove it too:

codex plugin marketplace remove beefiker

Restart Codex after uninstalling. Optional local bootstrap cleanup: plugin removal handles Codex's plugin config and cache, but the superloopy wrapper and copied personal agents can remain. Review before deleting them, especially if you customized any agent file.

rm -f ~/.local/bin/superloopy
rm -f ~/.codex/agents/franky.toml ~/.codex/agents/zoro.toml ~/.codex/agents/usopp.toml ~/.codex/agents/jinbe.toml ~/.codex/agents/robin.toml ~/.codex/agents/nami.toml
Remove-Item "$env:APPDATA\npm\superloopy.cmd" -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue

If you installed with CODEX_HOME, SUPERLOOPY_BIN_DIR, or CODEX_LOCAL_BIN_DIR, clean up those configured paths instead.

Claude Code

/plugin uninstall superloopy@beefiker
/plugin marketplace remove beefiker

Then run /reload-plugins. Nothing else to clean up — Claude Code installs are fully plugin-bundled (no superloopy wrapper, no ~/.codex writes). Removing the marketplace from its last remaining scope also uninstalls the plugin.

Google Antigravity

agy plugin disable superloopy
rm -rf ~/.gemini/config/plugins/superloopy
agy plugin disable superloopy
Remove-Item "$env:USERPROFILE\.gemini\config\plugins\superloopy" -Recurse -Force -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue

Optional wrapper cleanup: if you do not also use Superloopy on Codex, remove the command wrapper:

rm -f ~/.local/bin/superloopy
Remove-Item "$env:APPDATA\npm\superloopy.cmd" -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue

If you keep Superloopy on Codex, keep the wrapper or run superloopy install to repoint it to your Codex installation. Agents and skills on Antigravity are plugin-bundled so no agent TOMLs are placed. If you installed with SUPERLOOPY_BIN_DIR, clean up that configured path instead.

name: superloopy-frontend
description: Use only after explicit Codex `$superloopy:superloopy-frontend` or Claude Code `/superloopy:superloopy-frontend` invocation for supported screen-based application UI across browser-hosted Web, interactive deployed content-led Web, desktop, mobile/tablet, embedded/hybrid, Qt, custom-rendered, or mixed targets, such a task started with a leading `loopy` or `루피`, or an active Superloopy loop explicitly routing it here. Do not activate from UI, frontend, desktop, mobile, or framework vocabulary alone, or for TV, wearable, XR, automotive, game UI, TUI, static media/document artifacts, or non-UI work.

Superloopy Frontend

Activation

Open your reply with SUPERLOOPY FRONTEND ENABLED. If another active Superloopy mode mandates its own first line, print that first and this marker on the next line.

Explicit activation only. Engage when the user invokes $superloopy:superloopy-frontend in Codex or /superloopy:superloopy-frontend in Claude Code for a supported screen-based application UI task, begins such a task with a leading loopy or 루피, or an already-active Superloopy loop explicitly routes that task here. Interactive deployed content-led Web such as a campaign, publication, or landing experience is supported when navigation, forms, consent, localization, or another user journey is being built or validated; a static image, video, slide deck, document, or other non-interactive artifact is not. A plain mention of UI, frontend, desktop, mobile, SwiftUI, Tauri, Flutter, Qt, QML, Widgets, or a visible symptom is not authorization to activate this workflow. TV, wearable, XR, automotive, game UI, TUI, static media/document artifacts, and backend, API, data, concurrency, or infrastructure work stay with their primary workflows.

Inspect and route

Resolve the facts that determine ownership and proof before choosing references:

  • affected users, job, and outcome, marking each as evidence, assumption, or unknown with confidence;
  • deployed OS, device, desktop environment, and session;
  • public, authenticated, private/internal, installed, embedded, native-control, custom-rendered, or mixed composition;
  • renderer and its semantic and accessibility model;
  • client, shell, service, document, and state ownership;
  • framework, runtime, provider, backend, and supported version;
  • package, sandbox, update or distribution channel, and persistence boundary; and
  • supported input, locale, accessibility services, and target validation capability.

For a Qt route, also resolve the minimum Qt version. Inspect repository evidence first. Ask the minimum necessary questions only when material unknowns would change the route or result; batch independent unknowns when more than one must be answered. Load the smallest applicable union:

Claim-triggered cross-cutting quality overlays

After selecting the target route, add only the references selected by the changed claim. These overlays are independent of target classification and do not expand a narrow task merely because every interface has layout or may contain animation:

  • When information hierarchy, content exposure, or disclosure changes spatial presentation, or when placement, region topology, sizing, scroll, overflow, reflow, or adaptation changes, add references/layout.md. Behavioral-only label or purpose cleanup remains in shared UX and does not select layout when geometry and traversal stay unchanged; neither do other geometry-neutral copy, color, data, accessible-name, or behavior changes.
  • When motion, transition, gesture progress, animated continuity, or haptic feedback changes, add references/motion-core.md. A Web implementation may additionally load the Web-only references/motion.md; native, Qt, and other routes do not inherit its React, browser, or animation-library rules.
  • When a materially changed visual claim uses a generated, captured, sketched, or supplied reference, add references/image-first.md and classify its authority. Do not require an image for an existing-system delta that the authoritative product source already resolves.
  • When the delivery is marketing, editorial, campaign, or an explicitly new visual direction, add references/anti-slop.md as the visual-direction check, then references/impeccable.md for a bounded direction and refinement pass. Both stay unselected for authenticated, internal, or convention-preserving product UI.
  • High-impact decisions, task-based usability evidence, and accepted UX debt remain proportional sections of references/ux.md; they do not create separate project artifacts for every change.

references/redesign.md is a Web-only living-site specialization and is selected from the Web route. A native or embedded-shell redesign uses ux.md plus claim-selected layout.md and image-first.md, then its platform, renderer, and composition references; it does not inherit browser, SEO, or real-browser completion rules.

layout.md and motion-core.md are skill references, not mandatory output filenames. Keep the smallest applicable union and write into the existing receipt or proportional UX_CONTRACT.md unless the target repository already owns a more suitable artifact.

Add references/renderer.md to native/custom or cross-platform routes when an engine or custom renderer owns pixels, semantics, text, or input. Route framework names by deployed facts, not by brand. Tauri and pywebview follow the actual desktop or mobile target and embedded client ownership. Electron is a desktop hybrid with bundled Chromium, not an OS WebView. CustomTkinter follows native/custom desktop. Flutter and Compose add renderer and semantics proof where their engine owns pixels or accessibility. React Native follows the actual provider and target. MAUI Hybrid combines a native host with an embedded client. Qt uses the matching desktop, mobile/tablet, or WebAssembly row above. Qt Widgets on WebAssembly, Qt Quick/QML on WebAssembly, and mixed Qt WebAssembly all keep browser and renderer proof; they must not borrow native-shell proof or be routed as desktop merely because Qt built them. For HTML embedded in a Qt-owned shell, compose the Web + target platform + hybrid route, then add qt.md, qt-qa.md, and only the actual shell specialization (qt-widgets.md, qt-quick.md, or both). Qt preflight replaces browser gates only for Qt-owned non-Web pixels; it never removes Web proof for an embedded HTML client. Mac Catalyst is UIKit-on-desktop with AppKit augmentation; iPadOS stays on the mobile route with a desktop-capabilities overlay rather than inheriting macOS wholesale.

Treat framework capability claims as versioned facts: compare the repository-pinned version with current official documentation, record the provider and target, and keep unknown or unavailable capabilities unverified rather than inferring them from a brand name.

For every new scoped surfaceEvidence row—single, mixed, or multi-target—record target: { id, platform, environment }, one affected owner, non-empty claims, and scopeReason; use the Gate Notes claim-shaped evidence table to select compatible artifact kinds and proof minimums. For mixed or multi-target work, load shared UX once, then create one evidence row per target and affected owner and require independent, attributable proof. Ambiguous free-text such as Web + iOS does not establish a native owner; name native iOS app, the framework, or a separate owner row. One surface cannot substitute for another.

Shared UX and design gate

Apply references/ux.md before platform checklists. The project's existing design source of truth remains authoritative. Use DESIGN.md only as a scoped mapping/receipt when the repository has no equivalent or when it links each changed app-defined visual semantic back to that authoritative source; never create a competing token source. UX_CONTRACT.md owns expanded journeys and high-consequence behavioral claims when the proportional UX contract requires it. Preserve the project's architecture and existing styling infrastructure. A narrow nonvisual change may record Design impact: unchanged with its reason instead of creating design artifacts. Before adding an app-defined visual value that the existing contract lacks, add and synchronize its token in the project's design source of truth. Platform runtime values remain authoritative when native.

Build, dispatch, and evidence

Preserve the existing stack. Resolve and announce FRONTEND_SKILL_DIR as the absolute directory containing this loaded SKILL.md; packaged helper scripts live there, never under the target project's working directory. For parallel work, dispatch self-contained crew slices with the relevant requirements and tokens inline, then judge each lane by delivered evidence. Use the portable YYYYMMDDTHHMMSSZ-<slug> run ID created by $FRONTEND_SKILL_DIR/scripts/evidence-root.mjs; its slug is 1-48 lowercase ASCII letters or digits joined by single hyphens, so the same path works across supported shells and filesystems. Store the run under .superloopy/evidence/frontend/<run-id>/ in the target project. Capture real rendered-surface evidence and write VISUAL_QA.md when a visual claim changed, or when an interaction claim has a visible-state or layout consequence; a purely behavioral interaction uses behavioral evidence. Match functional, accessibility, usability, renderer, shell, package, and target evidence to each claim. A static policy check proves only that the contract is packaged.

With an active Superloopy loop, run superloopy loop guide --json and record each artifact against the returned goal and criterion; never omit their identifiers from loop evidence. Without an active Superloopy loop, keep the run-scoped receipts and finish with SUPERLOOPY_EVIDENCE: <path> instead of inventing loop state.

Completion

Apply only the selected shared, platform, composition, and specialization checklists. Truthful interaction states, claim-shaped evidence, disclosed limitations, and no weakened UX are mandatory. Require design, UX, visual, accessibility, package, or real-target artifacts only when the affected claims and risk call for them. Promote simulated work capability by capability only after new real-target evidence.
